Verification levels
To obtain fully verified customer status, you must complete two steps.
Level 1: Identity document
At this stage, your basic personal details will be verified. Required documents:
A colour copy or high-quality photo of the main page of your passport (international or national).
Or an ID card (both sides).
Or a driving licence (both sides).
Document requirements:
The document must not expire within the next 6 months.
The following must be clearly visible in the photo: full name, date of birth, document number and your photograph.
The edges of the document must not be cut off.
Stage 2: Proof of address
This step is required to confirm your current place of residence. Required documents (issued within the last 3 months):
A bank statement.
A utility bill (gas, electricity, water).
A confirmation from the tax office.
Passport page with registration stamp (residence permit).
Document requirements:
Your full name and address must be clearly visible.
The date of issue must be present.
The document must be stamped by the issuing organisation or contain a QR code for verification.
Technical requirements for uploaded files
To ensure the verification process runs smoothly, please make sure your files meet the following requirements:
File formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .pdf.
File size: no larger than 5 MB.
Quality: high resolution, text must be clearly legible, no flash glare.
Authenticity: the use of image editing software to alter the content of the photo is not permitted.
